Why V-Translation
V-Translation is a relatively small, but carefully selected and very experienced professional translation team (English <> Simplified and Traditional Chinese), consisting of 20 full time translators and 10 full time editors, 50+ contractors translators/editors (they can work with us full time on specific projects if necessary), 5 full time proofreaders and 2 DTP engineers. We work with Trados 7.5.0.756, as well as other popular CAT tools such as SDLX 2007, Idiom WorldServer 9.0.1.49, Wordfast Pro, Transit 3.0, Across, Déjà vu and so on.

All of the selected senior translators or chief editors have 10+ years of experience. All of us have worked in leading translation/localization companies in China for many years. We are now the owners of this small translation team. Since we work for ourselves, you, the customer, can always expect the very best translation quality. We have been happily working together with our clients for more than ten years and have gained a reputation for punctual and reliable delivery of translations. References are available upon request.

We are located in Beijing, China (GMT+08:00). Because of the time difference for many of our clients, our project managers always try their best to extend our availability and improve our communications with foreign clients - we keep checking emails very frequently until midnight of our time (Beijing Time) every day, so our clients in Europe can contact us during their late afternoon, and our clients in the US or in California can talk with us during their morning work hours.
