下面说点正经事：
工作内容：
协助整理报表（社保、福利等等），协调候选人面试时间，月度差旅报销，协助组织部门活动，为员工向人劳局申办工作居住证，替公司申办不定时工作制......还差一点要组织公司培训，可惜赶上准备论文和答辩时间完全不能掌控QAQ，总之你眼里有活儿就永远有学习的机会~

有意向者中英简历（具体要求如下）：中英文简历合并为一个文件，文件标题格式为：张三 云南大学 英语专业 一周三天6个月

Job Responsibility:

- Assist in material procurement: support to maintain supplier order confirmations into SAP, and pull and push out based on production planning.
- Assist in deliveries to customer:list Serial No. into customer delivery before 3 days of actual picking up date.
- Assist in Nonstas applications
- Assist in Serial No preparations for stock sending from Infineon warehouse to DHL external warehouse
- Assist in production planning
-Assist in physical inventory result inputted into SAP once needed
- Participate in other jobs once needed to support


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Logistics, Trading /English/ Supply chain management etc
- 4th Grade student is preferred
- CET6 for English is preferred.
- Can work at least 3 days per week
- Intern experience in supply chain management is a plus.
- Can work diligently and carefully
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented, results oriented, and enthusiastic
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
