工作内容
- 翻译：将游戏剧情、玩法说明等核心内容，用目标语言精准传递。
- aipe：针对ai译文，打磨出流畅地道的精品译文 。
- lqa：通过包体跑测，确保游戏体验零瑕疵（视译员意愿和经验情况安排） 。
what you'll do
- translation: translate in-game text, stories, ui, and other key content into your target language.
- ai post-editing (aipe): refine ai-generated translations into natural, polished, player-friendly text.
- lqa (optional): run localization qa tests on the actual game builds to ensure a flawless in-game experience (offered based on your interest and experience).

我们期待这样的你：
- 精通简体中文（hsk 6+），能充分理解源语言；目标语言能力接近或者达到母语水平。
- 熟悉 phrase、memoq、trados 等 cat 工具
- 累计完成 10 万字 + 游戏语言包翻译（mmo/rpg/slg 等品类不限）
- 有知名游戏项目经验者优先考虑
- 深度游戏玩家或有行业从业经验者优先考虑
- 全职自由译员优先考虑
what we're looking for:
- native or near-native fluency in your target language
- strong command of your source language
- experience using cat tools (e.g., phrase, memoq, trados)
- over 100,000 words of game content localized
- bonus points if you:
• have worked on well-known titles
• are a dedicated gamer or have game industry experience
• work full-time as a freelance translator
