Requirements:
• Guarantee student identity during the whole internship
• Guarantee a 6-month internship, at least 3 days per week
• Starting Date: no later than 22.Feb.2016
• Location: Shanghai
Qualifications:
• Fluent English both in written & spoken, German is a plus
• Good intercultural communication skills
• Detail-oriented, strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks
Tasks:
• Coordinate business travels and activities for department head
• Support to expense claims (creating reports, tracking etc.)
• Arrange phone and onsite job interviews
• Collect records on company chop use
• Manage changes on IT device usage
• Support on facility management issues (property management, security, access system etc.)
• Communicate with suppliers for purchase
• Administrative support to test vehicles
