Intern - Administration Assistant 职位描述:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
* To provide required assistance or support to general management and Sales team for the various task implementation in daily transactions.
* To coordinate the general administrative affairs under the guidance of President assistant to ensure the smooth operation in the organziation.
"MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Daily admin assistance to General Manager
1). Daily assistance: Manage calendar & travel arrangments; coordinate and update daily appointments
2). Handle contacts and inquiries promptly and take accurate messages
3). Monthly reinmbursement preparation
4). Provide other supports as needed
2.Adm support to team Sales colleagues based in Shanghai
1). Travel and other logistics management
2). Coordinate with other assistants to facilitate all key visits
3). Continuously optimize team daily administration procedure to meet internal customer’s satisfaction.
3. Meeting/Activity Organization
1).Assist to prepare team sales meeting on a regular basis and offsite events as required
4. Fulfill other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Good communication skills
3. Fluent in both oral and written English
4. Experienced in Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook etc.
5. Having initiative, accountable & honesty character, good team player with good service sense
6. Willing to learn and fast learner, self-motivated and proactive
7. Can work at least 4 days per week
8. Be skilled in problem solving to meet emergency
9. Having continous improvement spirit
