position/职位: assistant（intern） to global creative director/全球创意总监助理

responsibilities/职位描述:

- assist in team communication between local chinese staff and english-speaking staff.

协助创意团队的外国员工和中国员工的日常沟通

- coordinate daily agendas incl. meetings, brainstorms, conference calls and other administrative work.

协调创意团队日常工作，包括：安排会议、头脑风暴、电话沟通及其他行政性质的工作。

- work closely for gcd incl. both verbal and written interpretation, monitor required team work’s implementations and assure results deliverables satisfy the needs of accounts which go out on time and on budget.

协助gcd工作：书面、口语翻译，监督团队工作执行状况，确保创意工作如期完成并不超过客户预算。

qualifications/要求:

- bachelor’s degrees or above, communication/art/linguistics based is a plus

大学或以上学历，传播、美术、语言专业背景加分

- must have great english and chinese capability

英语和中文能力必须过硬

- strong interpersonal communication & problem solving skills

人际沟通能力和解决问题能力强

- solid copy-writing skill

文笔好

- have creative gut feelings and genuine personality （be bold and fearless！）

有创意，真诚（无所畏惧）

- detail-oriented, multi-tasked, passion for advertising industry and able to work under pressure

细节主义，能同时处理多项任务，对广告行业有热情，抗压能力强
