responsibilities:
1. screen resumes and make phone interview with candidates.
2. arrange face to face interview for hrbps and related department.
3. update recruiting data in system - talentlink, assist to implement hr supporting job, coordinate and report.
4. support hrbp team members for daily works- reimbursement/ organizing files…
5. support hrbp team to implement interview and recruit process.
6. assist hrbp team on other assigned work.
7. conference room management.

qualifications:
1. undergraduate students or postgraduate students in universities
2. strong interpersonal skills
3. good communication and strong working motivation
4. excellent language skills in english (written and oral)
5. responsible; working under pressure
6. good ms offices skill
7. experience in school activities and other internships will be a plus
8. experience in hr related internship will be preferred
9. fluent german preferred.
