ABOUT THE JOB
Definition:
The Customer Care Agent (CCA) is an agent that answers Gameloft Customers from all around the globe in different languages.
客服专员是负责回应全球不同语种用户所提出问题的工作人员。
They must answer e-mails and phone calls of customers and help the customer to solve his issue or answer the question.
客服专员要回应客户的电子邮件和电话,帮他们解决问题。
Role and responsibilities:
-Give Support to the customers: Identify and solve customer problems using dedicated web tools
为客户提供服务:通过专用网页工具识别并解决客户遇到的问题
-Handle and manage web tools specially made for customer support.
操作客服专用的网页工具
-Keep a record of each case in another dedicated web tool.
用另一专用网页工具记录每一个案例
-Escalate higher problems and send them to the appropriate team when needed.
有必要时,向相应的团队上报问题。
-Notify Leads when a recurrent problem appears, to prevent further cases
发现线索,注意反复出现的问题,预防该问题再次发生。
-Be able to identify problems and create new templates for recurrent ones.
能识别问题,为反复出现的问题简历模板。
-Be informed on promotions and information on respective countries.

-Accept shift work

PROFILE
Requirements
-Fluent level of English language written and spoken.
英语读写流利
-Fluent level of Cantonese
粤语流利
-Microsoft Office skills.
会使用微软OFFICE套件
-Aptitude for communication and team work
良好的沟通和团队配合能力
-Excellent interpersonal relationship
杰出的人际关系能力.
-Be responsible and patient
负责且耐心.
