- 积极寻求解决方案并确定适当的人员趋势,包括可能的解决方案或建议
- 展现客户响应的紧迫感
- 分配的所有其他职责
工作时间
一周5天(每天8小时+ 1小时午餐时间)

薪水
基本工资: 税前rm (马来西亚币)5500 (约人民币8800),语言津贴rm 500,kpi (绩效)rm 400,夜班津贴rm 400(如适用)

job description:
csas will respond to inbound customer inquiries. csas will use a wide variety of cloud based tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
responsibility:
- demonstrates clear and polite written communication
- escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly. demonstrates timely accurate and professional customer service
- maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
- demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures
- maintains email handle time, while remaining friendly and informative (after call email to customers)
- maintains productivity and quality standards
- actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions
- demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses
- all other duties as assigned
working hours
5 days in a week (8 hours + 1 hour lunch time per day)
including weekends and public holidays
salary
basic salary: 5500, language allowance 500, kpi 400, night shift allowance 400 (if applicable)
requirement
japanese speaking (above n2 level)
basic english
basic pc skills, able to handle multiple tasks
preferred
working experience at customer service fields
educational background
