responsibility
• to independently liaise with resources, including translators, interpreters, dtp operators, engineers, etc.
• to ensure timely delivery of projects as per internal client’s requests
• to liaise with clients closely and ensure good understanding of project requirements
• to keep track of all rfqs/projects including project execution status as well as financial status
• to accurately follow instructions on all aspects of the projects you are involved in, including project planning, quality control, booking resources, po and payment arrangements, etc.
• to handle complaints from internal clients, carry out investigation, conclusion, measures for improvement, etc.
• to manage cost effectively
qualification
• college graduate, preferably with major in english/it
• excellent command of english, both written and spoken
• 2+ years of working experience in localization industry is a must
• great attention to details, persistent, team player
• resourceful, confident and willing to take initiatives and able to communicate effectively with internal/external clients, resources, etc
• willingness to work on flexible hours
