job description:
responsible for supporting events management
-contribute idea and assist planning activities and seminars
-before events: update the european chamber’s website for planned events in guangdong, drafts event promotional texts and flyers. promote events through different platforms and channels,
-manage event registration, handle inquiry, collect information, apply and send fapiao for participants
-events attendance - responsible for the registration desk of the events,
-events accounting - responsible for the accounting of the events.
qualifications
-excellent command of spoken and written english and mandarin, cet6 or above
-skillful in photoshop or other editing and graphic design software
-organizational, communication, social and presentation skills
candidates have to work at least 4 days /week, ideally 5 days/week in the china shine plaza office in guangzhou.
the internship will run for 3 months. each month can get 1000 rmb subsidy.
this internship provides good opportunities for students to work with fortune 500 eu companies and chinese big companies. and provide a good working environment to practice english. university students of various majors that meet the above requirement are encouraged to apply.
