工作特点：
1.阶梯制收入，多劳多得
tariff per word is decided on an incremental basis. a larger workload can be translated into higher capacity value.

2.每半年根据总工作量，再进行一次返点，总收入的2%
an extra 2% income of the total income made in the previous 6 months as a dividend payment. payout will be done every 6 months.

3.会提供glossary，辅助译员翻译
glossaries will be provided for technical jobs to assist and alleviate translation burden.
