Intern Job Responsibilities 实习生工作职责:

* Primary Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll & tax process (defined regio

n), 100% align both local and global compliance

- Execute the transition from Asia countries

- Closely work with vendor to administer pension movement and audit

- Partner with Asia country HR managers, C&B leaders on benefits operation

- Drive vendor delivery per SLA and manage vendor performance through centrali

zation & simplification

- Review as-is process, identify & lead improvement plan by implementing lean

methodology, drive operation excellence

- Take lead on local implementation of global projects to drive adherence to p

ayroll enterprise standards

- Work with payroll leader to drive hub penetration

Intern Hiring Quality 实习生招聘要求:*

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor degree or an equivalent experience;

- Fluent in Korean and English, Mandarin;韩语必须

- Independent worker with strong execution;

- Good change management, apt to work under pressure

- Passion on learning, clear thinker

- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail

- Skillful in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PPT;
