KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Import/Export related files in/from Trados for translation team
2.Perform pre-analysis of the incoming projects
3.Work with CAT Engineer/Architect and translation team to optimize Trados-based working process
4.Communicate with stakeholders daily to coordinate resources according to their needs
5.Coordinate with internal executive teams to ensure smooth running of the projects
6.Track project progress from planning to closeout. Specifically, track costs/ schedule/ scope/updates against plan and ensure expected targets are achieved
7.Manage all activities and monitor resource workload throughout the project life cycle
8.Report progresses to project stakeholders through status meetings and archive reports

DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS ：

1.B.A./B.S./M.A./M.S. student who will be graduated in year 2016/2017 in a field relevant to CAT focus area
2.Minimum 4 days/week for internship, with full-time internship preferred
3.Native or fluent Mandarin; fluency in English or other languages valued
4.Good Communication/Interpersonal skills
5.Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
6.Good problem-solving ability, insight, comfort with ambiguity, strong logical thinking
7.Able to work under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment; resourceful, confident and self-directed
