1. assist in fapiao related matters forthree entities in beijing, including:

a) to complete vehicle fapiao machine upgradeand system changeover in beijing by the end of june

b) to collect and assist in resolving anyfapiao related enquires from different services centers raised by all teslaservice centers

c) to make trips to different cities forroutine fapiao applications and fapiao quantity increment under the guidance oftax team

2. assist with tax compliance relatedmatters for existing 11 tesla china entities

a) to help with various financialinformation collection and distribution to different external service providerson a monthly basis.

b) to help with filling up and submission ofthe annual filing package for 5 non-outsourced entities which are supposed tocompleted by the end of may

c) to prepare with different forms andinformation request by different tax offices in terms of daily tax compliancework

d) to liaison with tax officials to consulttax issues to clarify different tax inquires put forward by business functionsthrough phone calls or on site visiting

e) to perform tax regulation research fortax team to provide legal basis for any new business

f) to assist with paper work preparationfor any cross-border charges from us to china for tax saving purpose

3. existing wofe maintenance from taxperspective

a) on site application of changing of taxcertificate including: business scope addition, change of business address, anybranch set up for new service center/new store opening.

b) drafting any explanation letters uponrequest from different local tax bureau regarding different tax issues

4. other ad-hoc assignment such as, po andinvoicing handling, translation asneeded, internal file management andetc.
