qualifications

ideally, the candidate fits the below qualifications. if the candidate fails to meet a qualification like knowing how to use excel very well, she is not automatically disqualified. but if the candidate fails to meet a qualification like effectively being able to translate chinese to english, she is automatically disqualified.

• excellent written english and chinese；
• excellent spoken english and chinese；
• bachelors degree preferred；
• computer skills including ms word, excel and powerpoint；
• ability to perform internet based research；
• ability to manage own schedule；
• ability to improve systems and efficiencies；
• ability and willingness to problem-solve, learn and improve.
