Job Description:
Support to WGs/Forums Management and Government Affairs
Tasks Include (but not limited to):
- Complete specific research on issues/regulations/policies in preparation for Working Groups/Forums/Government meetings in Shenzhen
-Creating and updating of organization charts and informing on restructuring or mergers of Chinese government offices, as requested by the Business Manager
-Providing translation assistance including communications with governments, and administrational conversation, etc.
-Send PRD Government Update on weekly basis (if requested)
-Research on WG/Forum related policies, regulations, and preparing WG/Forums specialized e-newsletters to be sent out to WG/Forum members
-Drafting European Chamber Position Paper 2014/2015
Qualification/Required Skills
- At least 3 months, prefer 6 months
- Native mandarin with excellent command of spoken and written English
- Organization, communication, social and presentation skills
- Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Browser
Please note that this internship will run for 6 months and first 3 months is without salary.
