各高校大三（第一学期）至大四（第一学期）的在校学生；
sophomore or junior student (only first semester).
职位要求 job requirements
1. 推广与服务国际客户，女生优先；
responsible for maintaining and expanding international customer base. (young lady preferred);
2. 熟练操作基本办公软件；
skilled in office software
3. 本科学历，并通过cet6级考试，有较好的英文口语水平；
bachelor degree, past the cet-6 test; good command of both writing and oral english.
4. 性格大方、开朗，形象佳，善于沟通。
outgoing, good image and good at communicating with people;
工作时间 work time
实习生每周出勤在连续4天及以上，或每月出勤15天及以上，具体作息时间服从公司安排；
be able to work 4 days a week or above continuously, or work 15 days a month. submit to company arrangement of timetable.
实习薪酬 payment
1. 前10个工作日为试用期，工资为 50 元/日；
the first 10-working-day is trial period, you get paid 50yuan a day during this period.
2. 通过试用考核后，从第11个工作日起，转为正式实习员工。经部门经理认定，可分为普通、优秀两级。
对应工资：普通员工工资为 100 元/日、优秀员工工资为 200 元以上/日；
after passing the trial period, you transfer to formal intern staff and be ranked as normal or excellent
by marketing manager.
normal: 100yuan a day
excellent: 200yuan a day or above
3. 工资按周度结算，现金支付；
be paid in cash weekly.
4. 实习员工毕业后，将优先录用为正式在职员工。
the intern staff will be given priority to become permanent staff after graduating from school.
