Job Summary:
职位综述：
This position is responsible for the management of sponsored child data and sponsorship system of responsible office, completing sponsorship products in a timely and qualified manner; supporting and providing sponsorship related training to Program Unit staff according to Plan China’s sponsorship operational rules; this position will take an active part in implementing the Child Protection Policy, to promote child participation, to make sure all the work are consistent with the country strategy as well as CCCD approach.
该职位根据国际计划的儿童交流工作目标，负责管理所负责项目办公室的交流儿童数据及系统；按时保质的完成儿童交流的各项产品；根据儿童交流工作的运作规则，为项目区办公室员工提供儿童交流工作相关的支持和培训；该职位将积极遵守并推行儿童保护政策，推动儿童参与，确保开展的工作与国家战略相一致，与CCCD工作方法相一致。

Key Responsibilities:
主要职责：

- Manage and operate in sponsorship system at Program Unit level, provide system reports regularly to Country Office;
- 管理和操作项目区层面的儿交系统，定期给国家办公室发送系统报告；
- Accompany Sponsor Visit, conducts presentation to visiting sponsors and coordinate their visit schedules;
- 陪同资助人访问并向来访的资助人做展示并协调其访问活动；
- Manage Sponsored Child(SC) files of Yunnan Program units;
- 管理云南项目办公室交流儿童文档；
- Provide sponsorship related training and coaching to Program unit staff, community volunteers and partners;
- 给项目区员工，社区志愿者和合作伙伴提供儿童交流工作相关培训和指导；
- Manage and reply National office Inquiry timely;
- 管理和及时回复资助国问询；
- Complete sponsorship products timely and qualified in system.
- 按时保质地在系统中完成儿童交流各项产品；
- Support frontline staff of program unit to implement timely SC enrolment /cancellation / graduation related activities;
- 支持项目区办公室的一线员工按时完成儿童招收，取消和毕业的相关活动；
- Ensure the accuracy of sponsorship data;
- 确保儿交信息的准确性；
- Recruit, train and manage sponsorship pieceworkers and volunteers in the office;
- 招收，培训，管理本办公室的儿交计件工和志愿者；
- Monitors field activities to ensure that SC products emanate from child centered community development processes;
- 监测社区活动，保证儿童交流产品与以儿童为中心的社区发展方法相吻合；
- Implement development education strategies to raise the awareness of communities, parents and relevant stakeholders about children and development issues, generate their commitment and encourage them to act on these issues;
- 执行发展教育战略来提高社区，家长及相关团体对儿童和发展活动的意识。发动并鼓励他们参与到这些活动中来；
- Support frontline staff to organize and carry out child activities;
- 支持一线员工组织和协调开展儿童活动；
- Other tasks that supervisor assigned.

Competencies and Qualities:
能力与素质要求:

- Bachelor’ s degree or its equivalent in social/community development and other related fields;
- 学士学位或同等学历，社会/社区发展或其他相关专业；
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
- 中英文说写流利；
- Good computer skills;
- 具备一定的电脑操作能力；
- Two years experience in actual community organising and development;
- 两年以上在社区组织及发展的工作经验；
- Hands-on experience in participatory approaches;
- 有参与式工作方法的实际经验；
- Knowledge on child rights and rights based programming;
- 具备儿童权利和基于项目的权利的相关知识；
- Training design, need analysis, organizing;
- 培训设计，需求分析和组织能力；
- Excellent capacity in communication and skills of dealing with interpersonal relationship with partners;
- 优秀的沟通与处理合作伙伴间人际关系的能力；
- Be honest, patient and responsible;
- 为人诚恳，工作耐心、认真、负责；
- Demonstrated dedication to helping children and families in need.
- 致力于帮助农村贫困儿童及其家庭。
