岗位职责：
1. 开展对外籍员工的国际培训合作，与中外员工沟通开展培训
2. 策划并实施国际化意识和语言相关的培训项目和整合活动
3.开发并协助教授外籍员工入职培训和跨文化沟通相关的学习内容
4. 支持国际培训团队进行项目研究、实施、运营和改造

1. cooperate on international training for foreign employees and communicate with chinese and foreign employees to carry out trainings;
2. planned and implemented training programs and integration activities related to internationalization awareness and language;
3. develop and assist in teaching foreign employee orientation and intercultural communication related learning contents;
4. support international training team in project research, implementation, operation and transformation;
