We hope the candidate could speak fluent French and work 4 days per week, 6month and above agreement.


Press Intern （会法语）
REPORTS TO: Press Manager

General Role
Supporting & assisting Shanghai press team on Press Communication &Activities.

Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily media monitoring and preparing the clipping reports
- Translation and proof reading for press materials
- Update Magazine Receival Status Report and collection list
- Help to arrange press campaign organization and delivery
- Event on-site support, including special sale and press sale
- Support on press materials stock and library archive
- Assist the team on daily administrative documents

Requirements & Capabilities:
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Willing to help, detailed oriented.
- Grade 4, Grade A tier Domestic or Overseas University.
- Fluent in English and French speaker.
- 6 months minimum


PR Intern（会法语）
REPORTS TO: Senior PR Manager

General Role
Assisting PR Manager to apply daily administrative documents, and help otherteam members prepare the related project documents.

Major Responsibilities
- Helping daily administration & operation documents (PO filing, internaltrip arrangement, etc.)
- Translations of internal documents
- Collection and consolidation of various event databases
- Assisting project leaders to prepare project closing documents
- On site event support (by request)

Requirements & Capabilities
- Grade 4 in Top tier domestic or overseas University, graduate studentpreferred
- Mandarin speaker, good at both written and spoken English, French speakingpreferred
- Good team player with well communication skill
- At least 4 full working days per week or above, 6 months internship minimum
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, detailed oriented, patient and painstaking, willing to help
