Office Coordinator
position overview:
the benelux chamber of commerce beijing is seeking for a skilled office coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. you will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
key responsibilities:
following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
coordinating and assisting with the event and marketing activities
office ad-hoc duties (prepare office supplies, business related documents, files, etc.)
working with invoices and fapiaos
handling daily cash and payments
maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
overseeing adherence to office policies and procedures
requirements:
absolute accountability, stability, integrity
ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
maintains staff confidentiality
self directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
ba/ma level in accounting or other relevant qualifications
good command of spoken and written english. proficiency in mandarin
computer literacy in microsoft office
good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
preferred 1+ experience
chinese citizen
remarks:
starting date: preferably 22 aug 2016/ 1 sep 2016 the latest ( we will not interview any applicants who are not able to start on this date)
salary: negotiable
