Eaton Legal--IP Intern 法务实习生 职位描述：

Key Responsibilities


• Review commercial/IP contracts in English and in Chinese; identify and analyze legal and contractual risks;审阅中英文知识产品相关合同；指认和分析法律和合同风险；
• Make review comments and revise the contracts if needed; 摘录纪要，有需要的话修改合同。
• Assist on preparing IP civil/criminal actions, including prepare legal documents, collecting/maintain relevant evidence. 协助知识产权诉讼事宜，包括证据收集和相关法律文件准备。
• Help on anti-counterfeiting matters, including raids, online enforcement; 协助品牌保护及反假冒事务，包括查处行动和互联网品牌保护事宜


Requirement:
• Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week during semesters; 平时至少每周保证三天的工作；
• Fluent in both oral and written English; 流利的英文口语和书面表达；
• Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable school with a law degree will be a plus; 优先考虑优秀的法学院学生；
• Proficient in MS office tools; 精通电脑操作，尤其是 office软件；
• Team player and self-motivated; 有独立工作和团队合作的精神；
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通技巧。
