job responsibilities:
• conducting market research to identify new revenue opportunities
• create reports on marketing and sales metrics
• assist with the organization and execution of promotional events
• coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
• keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• prepare regular sales forecasting reports
• monitor competitors’ marketing activities
• coordinate with different resource channels and maintain relationship with key contacts
• manage the wechat and weibo public accounts
• coordinate trade shows, events and marketing activities

job requirements
• proven work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant or similar role
• experience with seo/sem campaigns
• solid computer skills, including ms excel etc.
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• bachelor’s degree or advanced degree, experience in marketing, brand building, media and public relations
• overseas education or working experience preferred
• proactive and self-disciplined, willing to travel, work effectively and efficiently
• good communication and presentation skills in english
• critical thinking and willing to take challenges
