responsibilities:
1. conduct high quality 1v1 online video classes on cctalk;
2. submit feedbacks on teacher’s page after class as required;
3. give timely and reasonable suggestions to enhance the student’s learning experience and help to optimize the curriculum.

qualifications:
1. bechelor’s degree or above.
2. minimum of tem8. able to speak authentic oral english with perfect pronunciation and fluency;
3. responsible, energetic, easygoing, and proficient in creating a positive teaching environment.
4. preference is given to those who are good at utilizing body language, expressions and gestures to facilitate teaching. experience of teaching kids is a plus.
5. worktime: 9:00a.m-9:30p.m everyday. we are looking for the ones who can provide at least 10 hrs each week on our platform.
6. priority will be given to those who can provide the available time in peak hours from 6p.m to 9p.m.

职位描述：
1、根据课程安排，在通过cctalk软件在线视频教授1对1英语口语课程；
2、上课后在指定平台填写上课反馈；
3、及时反馈学员合理需求和建议，并能依据沪江和学员要求进行课程优化。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上，英语专八或同等水平及以上，英语发音标准、口语表达流利；
2、责任心强、亲和力佳、沟通能力强，擅长营造良好互动氛围，肢体语言丰富，有线上青少教学经验者优先录取；
3、授课时间：周一至周日9:00-21:30。每周可上课时间在10小时以上，可以提前两周开放上课时间。可在晚间高峰段18:00-21:00开课者优先。
