• ensure 3-4 days per week attendance, and record working time in time
• take major responsibilities as a translator from english to chinese for:
speaker notes
communication collateral
other contents
• complete assigned tasks in time
• ensure translation quality by cross checking, revising, notes recording, etc.
• a good and quick learner to be able to use the tools as:
sap terminology search tools
microsoft office tools
other software for translation and project management
• good team work spirit to proactively share knowledge and experience within teams
• be able to analyze information by searching public and sap internal resources
