薪资：base5~6k（有工作经验适当增加）+奖金+饭补/月*13薪
上班时间：常规9:30~18:00；每周1~2天机动调班为13:00~21:00/14:00~22:00
休息时间：双休（周一~周五休一天，周六周日休一天）
岗位职责：
"1. Ensure customers meet their learning objectives by setting up study plan, monitoring study pace and providing study advices. 帮助学员设定学习目标，并管理学员的学习进度，制定学习计划提供学习指导。

2. Enhance customer experience by resolving their issues promptly, providing customized study consultation and organizing various online group events. 及时解决学员在学习过程中遇到的问题，简单技术支持，预约，学习跟进等，并设计运营和组织线上的活动，保持学员粘性。

3. Improve customers’ satisfaction by identifying customers' service needs and cooperating with relevant colleagues to develop efficient service programs. 及时了解学员的学习需求，提高学习体验的满意度，和各团队密切合作提高各方面的服务项目，尤其是教务，教研以及销售团队的合作。

4. Collaborate with online sales team to drive internal revenue, including course extension, renewals and referral. 与电销团队协作支持，促进整体项目的业绩产出，包括转推荐，续费和课程连报等。

5. Support service team to handling costomer's feedbacks, compliants and refund cases if needed, and conduct other administrative issues to a high standard as required. including course booking and other relevant customer services. 积极支持服务团队手机和处理学员的反馈，投诉或者升级到退费，以及团队一些其他行政性事务，包括课程预约等其他服务。

6. Assist team leader in managing team performance to drive center operational and service excellence. 协助团队负责人执行服务标准，并是整体服务更加完善，超越客服期望。"
任职要求：
"1. Undergraduate degree (or above), English major preferred. 本科及以上，英语专业优先，BEC中高级或者中级口译以上者亦可，口语良好。

2. Customer focused with strong servicing mind and detail-oriented. 关注客户，良好的服务意识，注重细节。

3. 1+ years of experience in service and relevant industries, overseas work and study experience is preferred. 1年以上服务或相关工作经验，海外工作和学习经验优先。优秀应届毕业亦可考虑。

4. Local English teacher qualification is preferred, strong communications skill. 具有老师资质的优先，良好的沟通和交际能力。

5. Independently time management, can multi task to get more done in less time. 能多任务高效地安排和处理工作，注重时间管理。

6. The ability of identify customers’ unmet service needs, and good problem solving skill. 能积极主动地了解学员需求，一定的问题解决能力。

7. Good team player in a multi-cultural environment, mature, passionate and creative. 良好的团队合作意识，注重团队协作，有激情，积极客观并富有创造力。

8. Be flexible to working hours, able to work during weekends if required. 工作时间会相对灵活，如需会在周末上班。

9. Be patient and dedicated spirit. 耐心认真，并富有奉献精神。"
