岗位职责:
我司一国际房地产信托客户欲投资中国北部城市，首站为吉林省通化市和辽宁省丹东市。在初步市场调查阶段，我们需要当地的大学生或兼职调查员参与市场调查项目，在我们指定的小区和服务设施范围内用相关的安卓app进行实地考察，并汇报每日的数据。
合作开始前，我们将与您签署正式的合同，并详述工作说明。
requirement:
we are representing an international real estate investment trust which is looking to capitalize on undervaluation of the real estate market in northeast china. our first two targets are tonghua, jilin province and dandong, liaoning province. during the initial market research phase, we need local college students or part-time investigators to participate in the market research project, conduct field visits within our designated communities and service facilities, and update daily data.
we will issue a formal contract and explain detailed work instructions before the cooperation begins.

任职资格:
1. 通化市/丹东市的在校大学生优先。
2. 拥有一部安卓。
3. 负责任、有时间观念。
4. 每日提交数据

qualifications:
1. college students in tonghua / dandong are preferred.
2. access to an android phone.
3. responsible, responsive and time - sensitive.
4. daily submission of data.

工作时间: 一周三天左右。具体工作时间自由安排。
working hours:
about three days a week. you are allowed to schedule your own hours contributions.
