申请人条件如下：
the provincial government of antwerp is looking for:
male or female holding a valid chinese passport
between 25 and 30 years old
fluent in english(speaking and writing)
Knowledge of Dutch is and advantage
clearly expressing ideas in a written and oral format（english)
able to travel to belgium during the summer(probably from mid july to mid august 2015)
excellent knowledge of the internet and different social media(facebook,twitter,instagram)
excellent social skills(adapting your behaviour to build relationships with a wide range of people)
highly motivated
flexilbe(responding positively to change)
able to work under tight deadlines, as in daily blogging and social media updating.
