Amazon is looking for a smart and quick learner as salesassistant to join its China team based in Shanghai.

Responsibility of sales assistant is to provide support for business developmentteam within the merchant service organization. As a new department in China, merchantservice department is growing rapidly. The sales team’s goal is to grow numberof sellers and selections on Amazon.cn.


Sales assistant is responsible for facilitating the process of attracting and recruitingsellers in the pre-launch cycle, as well as finding qualified seller candidatesfor sales team to approach. Qualified candidates will have prior experience insales support, and an in-depth understanding of the sales process. Thesuccessful candidate will have an ability to operate in a fast-pacedenvironment, be extremely client-service oriented, have great attention todetail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skill. Inaddition, the candidate should be flexible, able to manage a diverse set ofresponsibilities and work independently.


BasicQualifications

· Proficiency in the use of computer officesoftware;

· Good English or Japanese reading and writingcapabilities are necessary; （优秀的英语或者日语听说读写能力）

· To be patient, motivated, and have bettercommunication, coordination, and have good team spirit.

· 时间要求：实习时间 6个月以上 , 每周工作4天

PreferredQualifications

· A BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications orsimilar field of study preferred.
