Job Description:
--- Membership management support, tasks include (but are not limited to):
Members database, and distribution lists maintenance and update;
Issue invoice for new/renewed members;
Conducting research on companies as requested by the Manager;
Doing translations as requested by the Manager
---Events management( including lobbying, events and organizing WG meetings with European industry):
Registration:Responsible for confirmation to people's registrations for events;
Onsite management:Responsible for the registration desk of events;
Accounting & following up:Responsible for the accounting of the events
---Office administration:
Learn the various office functions to help contribute to a stable work flow and execute these in own accord or under guidance

Qualification/Required Skills:
---At least 3 months, prefer 6 months
---Native mandarin with excellent command of English
---Organization, communication, social and presentation skills
---Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Browser

Please note that you will not get salary from this internship at first three months. The forth month will get 2000RMB as salary.
