岗位职责:
1. ensure incoming calls are answered promptly, appropriately and courteously.
2. to be the first point of contact for the customers, service providers and colleagues.
3. to document all matters related to each customer assistance service request.
4. to play the role as coordinator role in the course of service delivery to our clients.
5. to ensure adherence to standard customer service standards and procedures set by company or client.
6. provide quality assistance service solutions to the customers.
岗位要求:
1. be able to work on night shift,per roster schedule; (this is th basic requirment with the frequency of 4-5 night shifts/month,make sure you can do before your application)special night shift allowance is entitled.) international mindset, willing and always open to learn, passionate about customer service, and result-driven oriented
2. bachelor degree or above, proficient in written and oral english and chinese
3. experienced in customer service is an advantage
4. enthusiastic to work in a team with different expertise to provide round-the-clock services
5. able to handle stressful situations and to deliver results at the same time; multi-tasking and quick thinking to deliver services and emergency responses to our clients' needs.
