小语种人事实习(French/Korean/Japanese)

1. Ask SSC Team
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive the queries of internal employees by calls or emails and register the case accordingly in system.
- Receive the queries of external suppliers/vendors by calls or emails and register the case accordingly in system.
- Solve the problems and provide the solutions/answers on 1st level;
- Assign the case to 2nd level support to ensure professional and timely response to coworkers;
- Collecting the frequent asked questions and working on the standard answers.
Knowledge:
- Grade 3/4, major in French/Korean/Japanese;
- Service-minded attitude to solve the problems;
- Proficiency in working in a Windows-based computer environment and with Microsoft Office;
- Customer Service related experience is preferred.
- Multi-national company related experience is preferred.
2. HR Team
Main Responsibilities:
- Personnel & Payroll Administration;
- Be responsible for data entry in SAP system;
- Maintain the SAP database, including sensitive data;
- Issue standard statement (employment/salary certificate, employment contract, etc);
- Generate standard reports for internal and external use.
Knowledge:
- Grade 3/4, major in French/Korean/Japanese;
- CET- 4 & above, good English;
- HR experience via SAP system is preferable;
- Prudential and responsible
- Service Minded at heart;
- Team spirit.
Time: at least 3 days per week for 3-6 month.
