recruitment of russian–japanese bilingual transcriptionist——synergy translation

we currently have a project that requires transcribing russian audio into text. we need bilingual personnel (russian and japanese) to facilitate communication.
qualification requirements (either of the following is acceptable):
type ①• russian native speaker
• japanese n1 certificate
• associate degree or higher
• experience in russian audio transcription (preferred)
type ②• japanese native speaker
• russian level 2 certificate (or equivalent)
• associate degree or higher
• experience in russian audio transcription (preferred)
