Program Description：
1) A mutually beneficial opportunity: for Interns to gain valuable work experience and for Ingersoll Rand evaluates their fit for IR’s development programs
2) Strategic Interns are strategically sourced to fill the demand for early career development programs



Program Goals：

1) To create a pipeline to feed the Enterprise and SBU Early Talent Programs and hire direct positions where possible
2) To provide meaningful work for the interns and empower them to deliver positive business results
3) To increase the diversity of talent within the organization

Candidate Requirements：

1) 2016 fresh candidates, Master in Accounting or Finance
2) 5days/week in July and August and 3days or more/week after school begins in September
3) Able to learn fast
4) Able to communicate effectively
5) English communication skills in both oral and writing
6) Proficiency in MS office
7) Previous internship experience within multinational companies is a good plus
