HR Admin实习生
Daily/Weekly:
1.Answer the incoming calls and check email
2.Check and delivery with courier
3.Book water for office
4.Arrange flight, hotel and insurance for colleagues when they need to have business trip
5.Book name card and shop card
6.Insert monthly travel records
7.Book conference room if needed
8.Admin relevant tasks
Monthly
1.At the beginning of each month, make monthly payment
2.Book stationary for office and SH/BJ/TJ store
3.Book coffee
4.BTA form filling
5.Book medicine for office once a month
6.Send monthly tel list to office and all stores, also share with HK office with DPL updated list
公司是一个意大利做牛仔和皮革的High Fashion品牌。一周至少三天。基本不会留用。工作地点:静安寺,恒隆广场一期,离地铁站十分钟路!工作时间:9:30—18:30 比较灵活。
