function: business analysis function, finance
reporting line: finance manager

roles and responsibilities
1. dedicated finance partner to business unit
2. ensure group compliance are properly adopted
3. closely monitor business unit healthiness on profitability, cash flow, and other important kpi
4. provide business analysis and management report to bu leaders to facilitate decision making
5. pinpoint any weakness in current business process and propose the improvement plan
6. cross function collaboration with other finance functions

requirement
1. bachelor degree and above, majored in finance or account
2. experience to use/expose to erp systems
3. be curios to identity any areas to improve and willing to take challenges
4. be patient and careful to drive things move on
5. good interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, able to work under pressure
6. fluent spoken and written english skills
7. good excel and ppt skills
8. new college graduate is acceptable; 1-2 years of working experiences in finance is preferred, especially fp&a experience.
