工作职责
1．参与教学研发、师训、监督、考评反馈管理。
2．负责相关英语课程的授课并确保学员满意度。
3．对学生进行学习测试和模拟考试并帮助改进。
4．积极参加学校组织的各种培训、教研等活动。
5．配合分支开展学科课程推广与招生活动宣传。
Responsibility
1.Teach “TOEFL/IELTS/ACT/SAT/GRE/GMAT/AP/A-LEVEL”and other related courses, help students acquire the knowledge and master the ability to get an ideal score.
2.Participate in teaching, research, training, supervision and evaluation.
3.Organize learning test and practice test to students to help them make a progress.
4.Coordinate with branch to promote curriculum and the marketing activities to recruit students.

任职资格
1．热爱教育培训行业，熟悉国外考试相关内容政策和相关解题技巧。
2．深厚的学科专业知识，托福不低于100分，雅思单项不低于7分，良好的教育学、心理学知识。
3．具备丰富的课堂管理和家校沟通的知识技巧。
4．有海外留学或相关教学管理经验优先考虑。
Requirements
1.Enthusiastic about education, have a good knowledge of pedagogy, psychological, familiar with the international exams and related policy or examination strategy.
2.Master degree or above, deep subject knowledge, TOEFL 100 or above, IELTS 8.0 or above.
3.Rich experiences about class management, good communication skill with students and parent
4.Conscientious, responsibile , careful and patience to students, have a confidence in improving students performance.
