中国采购助理(国际贸易或英语专业)
主要职责:
1) 与国外客户及中国供应商之间的沟通
2) 为客户搜集中国采购信息
3) 寻找潜在的国内供应商
4) 向中国供应商询价并报价给客户
5) 向中国供应商下订单、跟进与管理客户订单
6) 协助质量控制团队进行质量控制与检测
7) 其它和中国采购相关的临时性任务。
任职要求:
1) 诚信正直
2) 教育背景:大专及以上,经济贸易类专业。国际贸易专业优先
3) 了解国际贸易与制造业的基本知识 ,有1年以上相关工作经验者优先。
4) 良好的沟通、协调、组织、与解决问题的能力
5) 良好的团队意识
6) 优秀的中英文听说读写能力,英语cet-6以上
7) 良好的计算机能力,熟练使用office软件。
8) 接收应届毕业生实习,优秀者留用。
main responsibilities:
1) facilitate communications between customer and vendors.
2) work with and assisting a team to manage sourcing projects for customers.
3) identify, organize, and categorize potential vendors.
4) retrieve quotations from factories and quote to customers.
5) compile, review, and conduct cost analysis for customers.
6) place, follow up with, and manage customer orders.
7) work with quality control team to support in quality control and inspections.
8) manager and support with logistics and shipping.
9) other sourcing related responsibilities.
minimum requirements:
1) education: bachelor or above. preferred major in international trade, or related field.
2) basic knowledge about international trade and manufacturing.
3) good ability in communications, coordination, organization, and composition and problem solving skills.
4) good team player, responsible, open-minded, results oriented and self-motivated.
5) excellent command of english and chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6) excellent communication skills.
7) at least one year working experience
