## 岗位职责
1. 全面负责日本地区销售业务，带领销售团队，拓展客户，实现业务增长
2. 制定并落地业务拓展策略，搭建并维护客户合作关系，以优质服务保障客户满意度
3. 统筹销售活动的策划与落地，协同各部门对齐业务目标与发展策略
role description:
this is a full-time remote role for a japan sales director. the sales director will be responsible for leading sales operations in japan, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving customer acquisition and growth. the role includes developing and executing business development strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exemplary service. the selected candidate will oversee the planning and execution of sales campaigns and work closely with other departments to align goals and strategies.

1. 精通销售及销售运营工作，能够管理销售线索漏斗，完成营收目标
2. 有 bic camera、友都八喜、茑屋、山田电机等日本渠道的开拓与运维经验
3. 具备优秀的客户服务意识，可提供高质量客户服务
4. 具备团队管理能力，能够带领、指导、激励销售团队
5. 拥有业务拓展经验，善于挖掘增长机会，搭建战略合作关系
6. 日语、英语流利，沟通及人际交往能力出色
7. 数据分析能力强，可依托数据制定决策与业务策略
8. 有科技或消费电子行业相关经验者优先

qualifications：
expertise in sales and sales operations, including managing sales pipelines and meeting revenue targets.
experience in channel penetration and support like bic camera, yodobashi, tsutaya, yamadenki etc..
proficiency in customer service with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
proven ability in team management, including leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams.
experience in business development, including identifying growth opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
fluent in both japanese and english, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for decision-making and strategy development.
familiarity with the technology or consumer electronics sector is highly desirable.
