Responsibilities
-Teach & facilitate student based on IDIIL pedagogy
-Performance analysis and Academic planning for each student
-Classrooms set-up
-Equipments care taking
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree & above
-Excellent command of English (level 8 or a native English speaker)
-Excellent interpersonal communications skill
-Leadership quality
-Outgoing, energetic, passionate, and cheerful
-Loving, patient, and enjoying working with children
-Eager to learn and grow
-Previous English teaching experience is a plus
岗位职责
-在课堂里依照IDIIL教学法观察/引导/测试学生
-在课前对每个学生的学习进行分析并制定个别化的学习计划
-教室及教具的维护和管理
任职要求
-大学本科或者以上学历 -流利的英语听说读写能力(英语8级以上)
-能歌善舞，唱歌音准佳者优先 -优秀的沟通,协调能力
-良好的领导能力 -活泼,开朗,热情,思想灵活
-有爱心,耐心,喜欢和小朋友一起的工作 -愿意学习,积极向上
-有教学经验的更佳 -欢迎英语流利的应届毕业生应聘,公司将提供完善的指导师培训。
