我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的游戏本地化项目经理（game localization pm），加入我们的项目团队，支持一项短期本地化项目的顺利执行。此职位需与客户直接对接，并与开发团队紧密协作，确保项目按时、高质量交付。
we are looking for an experienced game localization project manager to support a short-term project from end of may to mid-july. this is a full-time remote role that involves direct client communication and close collaboration with development teams.

岗位职责 key responsibilities
1. 管理游戏本地化项目的全流程，确保项目按期完成
2. 与客户及内部团队（如翻译、本地化工程和测试团队）沟通协调
3. 跟踪项目进度，识别并解决潜在问题
4. 与开发团队合作，确保技术对接顺畅

1. oversee end-to-end game localization project lifecycle
2. communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders (e.g., translation, engineering, qa)
3. track timelines and proactively resolve risks or issues
4. work closely with developers to ensure seamless technical integration

职位要求 requirements
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 至少1年游戏或本地化相关项目管理经验
3. 有直接客户对接经验
4. 有与开发团队合作的项目经验
5. 优秀的沟通能力和项目协调能力
6. 流利英文书写与口语

1. bachelor’s degree or above
2. minimum 1 year of experience in localization or game-related project management
3. proven client-facing experience
4. experience working with development teams
5. strong communication and organizational skills
6. fluent in both written and spoken english
