Job Description：

Work on the projects related with customer experience, including:
. Involve in requirements analysis, evaluate project impacts on customer experience;
. Do user acceptance testing and give change requests on workflow or web page wording if needed,
. Coordinate training to CSA (Customer Service Associates),
. Involve in project postmortem analysis, evaluate if project goals achieved and how is the impact on customer experience.
. Voice of Customer data analysis and report draft

负责客户服务部门的相关项目活动，包括：
. 参与需求分析，评估项目对客户体验的影响，
. 用户验收测试，如有必要对操作流程和页面文字给出修改意见，
. 负责协调帮助页面的开发，
. 负责协调对客户服务中心的同事进行培训，
. 参与项目总结分析，评估项目目标是否实现以及对客户体验的影响。
. 客户之声分析及月报制作.

Basic Qualifications

1. English skill both in written and verbal
2. Effective communicator, who can make things simple, with the ability to explain one thing in multiple ways so that ensure understanding
3. Logical thinking

每周三天以上，实习六个月以上，150元/天。时间充裕的研究生学弟学妹
