responsibilities:
coordination, tracking and follow-up with the team to ensure day-to-day duties/responsibilities are handled and procedures are followed
coordinate with internal and outside parties to ensure customer satisfaction; includes direct communication with foreign and chinese customers and other stakeholders
developing and improving processing/procedures (sop) and continuous training to all involved
lead project updates meetings, other meetings upon manager's requests
ensure 100% accuracy of all nc system's inputs and usage
learn the whole business process, constantly provide and gather new ideas to improve company processes and procedures
assist with other projects as needed

qualifications:
(required)
customer service oriented (must understand expectations of both chinese and foreign customers)
bachelors degree in business (or similar major)
conversational english and chinese
study abroad / overseas experience
can accept different work shift, like night shift, middle shift, weekend shift

(pluses)
prior managerial/leadership experience
prior experience working in foreign company
prior experience in an analyst role (strong microsoft excel / openoffice skills)
prior experience in a customer service role
prior experience in project management role
prior experience writing and maintaining sop
language skills in addition to english and chinese

Role’s Mission:ChinaNetCloud, China largest Linux server operations company is looking for people to help manage our support processes, and be responsible for day-to-day customer service and support. This means making sure the dozens of things we do every day get organized, documented, and taken care of - there is plenty of staff for this, but they need supervision and direction.

Our vision is to run all the world's Internet servers and we have 100+ customers all through Asia, so we have a constant flow of requests, projects, alerts, and issues to coordinate. This role is right in the middle of that.

The ideal person has experience in customer-facing support, project management, or operations management. The work is not very technical, though a technical background helps understand the details. Other teams such as project management, 24x7 support, engineers, and engineer team leaders are available to do the work; they just need help coordinating it all.

The best person will be good at multi-tasking, working in a busy environment, and detail-oriented, not letting things fall through the cracks - the customer depends on you to make sure they get good service.
