行政助理-实习生 职位描述:

We are seeking an Office Administrator Intern to assist Auto team head in the timely delivery of high quality services. Responsibilities of this position includes but not limited to the following:
-team administration support
-organise business activities
-translate of internal documents between English and Chinese
-other ad hoc projects as assigned by line manager


To be a successful candidate, you will need to possess the following skills/competencies:
-Professional communication skills in English and Mandarin
-Intermediate to advanced word-processing skills
-Excellent customer service attitude
-Pro-active and able to use own initiative
-Great organisational and time management skills
