法国著名奢侈品牌爱马仕 Hermes招Logistic Intern,主要是负责 Import Operation & Trade compliance 。爱马仕我就不介绍，如果不知，可自行百度。这次是招我的下任，所以希望能招到一个靠谱，做事情积极，责任心强的。要能够在2月25日来面试且上岗的，不能的话就不要投了。

General Role

Mainly responsible to support import assistant to prepare documentation and daily follow up with brokers for import procedures, supporting to achieve KPI goals. Coordinate and support to complete certain reports on request. Better understands and works towards achieving the department goals.

主要负责协助进口专员准备进口相关单证及协调第三方报关代理，跟进进口日常操作, 协助达到KPI目标。根据要求协助完成相关报告。更好地了解和完成部门目标。

Main Responsibilities:

1.Assist Logistics import assistant on daily monitoring all import process:

负责协助进口物流专员所有进口流程的日常操作：

2.Operate all the documents linked to import processing. (Invoice, packing list and certain import licenses)

负责与进口流程相关的单证(发票,箱单及其他进口许可证)

3.Daily monitor the broker’s performance to ensure smooth import business.

日常监督代理清关业务，确保进口业务顺畅。

4.Make all the documents achieved.

所有单证归档。

5.Monitor import lead-time and CIQ tracking with reporting update.

督促和监控进口清关时间和CIQ法检商品检测时间及报表的更新。

6.Support trade compliance assistant manager on customs/CIQ affairs handling and problem shooting. Assist on certain project pre-study and implementation.

协助贸易合规助理经理协调处理海关及检验检疫相关事务，辅助展开相关项目的调研及实施。

Requirements:

1.Logistics，International trade background would be preferable. Familiar with the incoterm, import procedures.

物流或国际贸易经验可优先考虑,熟悉贸易条款及进口流程。

2.Strong teamwork, good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.

有较强的团队精神,较好的沟通和解决问题的能力。

3.Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.

良好的普通话和英语听说读写能力。

4.Being good at self-learning and self-motivation.

善于自我学习和自我激励。

5.Good command of computer skills, WORD, EXCEL, PPT.

较好的电脑技能WORD，EXCEL，PPT
