junior operations/sales assistant

wallbox (www.wallbox.com) is rapidly expanding its customer base globally and we are looking to bring someone onto the team who will help build company operations and customers relationships in china and asia pacific for ev charging segment. this individual will work closely with company general manager corporate china and regional sales director to execute operational jobs and follow leads.

you will:
• prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
• produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
• maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• complete projects.
• secure information by completing data base backups.
• provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
• contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• develop and optimize processes. think about what the processes will look like a few weeks into operations vs few month.
• understand, deep-dive and have complete understanding of the sales situation at all times.
• analyze daily and weekly sales operation metrics with a macro view of the long term success.

requirements:

• english fluent spoken – chinese mother tongue – spanish desired.
• degree in economics, business, engineering or similar preferred.
• analytical skills are a must.
• results oriented, autonomous and efficient.
• availability to travel.
