Air France is looking for a self-motivated team player for the following position:

Sales & Service Centre Telesales Agent (Guangzhou)


Air France was founded in 1933 and merged with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in 2004 to form the Air France KLM Group.

In the region, we operate flights from the following cities: Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou,Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Wuhan and Xiamen to Amsterdam and Paris.

We are looking for a Telesales Agent for the Air France call center in Guangzhou.


Job Description

The Telesales Agent is responsible for the effective handling of all incoming telephone calls from customers, in line with Air France-KLM service standards.

He/she also contributes to
- the increase of Air France-KLM market share and the Sales and Service Centre revenue;
− promote Air France-KLM products and services to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Markets;
− improve customer loyalty to Air France-KLM;
− provide quality of service to meet the company’s objectives and customer’s expectations.

Customer requests handling:
− Identify customers’ expectations (by phone), propose and sell Air France and KLM;
− Supply information, book and issue tickets;
− Provide fare quotations;
− Present and highlight fare policy and products;
− Propose the Flying Blue membership/loyalty program
− Provide Web Support;
− Provide customers with outstanding service in compliance with the quality standards.

After-sales handling:
− Handle all customer requests with respect to modifications and refunds;
− Handle queues and contact customers when needed;
− Seek for all solutions to meet customers’ expectations and secure the Air France KLM’s interest at best;
− Handle customers’ issues related to their trips or direct them to the concerned departments.


Requirements/Qualifications

· University Graduate
· Fluency in Mandarin & English are mandatory. French or Cantonese is a plus

· Working experience at foreign airlines or call center is preferable
