we are launching a large-scale speech data collection project and are currently recruiting approximately 1,000 native thai speakers across thailand.
project details
✅ language: thai (native speakers only)
✅ recording type: natural two-person conversation
✅ recording duration: 30 minutes of valid audio per speaker
✅ age requirement: 18–70 years old
✅ remote participation
recording requirements
• natural and spontaneous conversation
• no reading or scripted content
• each utterance should typically be 5–10 seconds
• quiet indoor recording environment
• independent recording by each participant (one speaker per track)
• wav format, 48khz, 24-bit preferred
equipment requirements
• external microphone preferred
• ability to record high-quality wav audio
• no bluetooth headsets
• noise reduction and voice enhancement features must be disabled
