职位要求：
1.机械相关专业本科以上学历，硕士学历者本科应为重点院校相关专业；
2.日文国际一级水平，具备优良的日文翻译能力，文字表述清楚准确；
3.有代理日语案子经验者优先，待遇从优；
4.喜欢从事法律及文案工作，性格耐心细致，有良好的沟通协调能力。

专利代理人这一职业对于很多普通的求职者来说还比较陌生。但这一职业在欧洲、美国、日本等发达国家已经有几十甚至上百年的历史。目前，专利代理人在发达国家堪称是“金领”行业，其收入比通常的律师、牙医等收入都要高，在中国，涉外代理人的收入也普遍较高，而且专利代理人是一个注重经验积累的职业，代理人接触的案例越多，通常说来，为委托人服务的水平越高，而个人价值和收入越高。
由于专利代理涉及科技发明，专利代理人必须由理工科背景的人才来从事，而且到一定阶段，主要解决的是与专利相关的法律性问题，因此要求代理人在撰写，思辨能力方面有较强的素质。
专利代理人助理的工作职责是负责辅助专利代理人处理专利申请中的工作，如翻译和校对专利发明文件，负责专利申请的程序并在此过程中向专利代理人学习和积累经验，逐步成长为专利代理人。
